Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of beauty and skincare products on the website [Store Name].

2. Products
Products comply with current French and EU legislation. Product images are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping fees. Prices may be modified at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order.

4. Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those listed on the website.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. In accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only when they physically take possession of the parcel.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.

8. Legal warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

9. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for improper use of products.

10. Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the seller’s registered address.
