Return & Refund Policy (English)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To exercise this right, please contact us at mamedovakrystyna@gmail.com before returning the products.

Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned. Only products in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Return costs

• Returns due to change of mind: the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

• Returns due to our error (wrong or defective item): we cover all costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
